We've grown weary of mass produced products and happily work alongside small communities, producing item that are either one-of-a-kind or small batch productions. In this way we are encouraging traditional aritsans to continue passing on their world-renowned skills and trade while offering our customers unique, a truly special items.

1:ORDERS

When an order is placed our team in Lima swings into action to hand-pick your items. Our product procurement experts have worked hard to develop strong relationships to get the best-quality items with the richest stories.


Most of our products are one-of-a-kind pieces. As such, each is unique and the images found on our website for these items are meant to be a guide for color, texture and look. If you like a specific item and want more within that color palate or texture we will work with our producers to find or create such products. We happily work with stores and offer wholesale prices. Please contact us for our wholesale options and price guide.

 

 

2:SHIPPING

We have a small showroom  of products in the U.S. However, the majority of our items ship from Lima, Peru. International Shipping from Peru the the United States takes around 2-4 weeks.

 

3:RETURNS

If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your merchandise. All merchandise must be unused, resalable, and in original packaging. Please contact kukulimarket@gmail.com before you return your item for approval. Your refund will go back on your credit card or paypal account depending on your payment type for the amount of the merchandise. Shipping and postage costs are non-refundable. Your merchandise will be shipped back to our studio in Ohio.

 

We would be happy to exchange any unused merchandise within 30 days of your purchase. All merchandise must be in unused, resalable condition and in its original packaging. Please contact kukulimarket@gmail.com with your order number for your exchange. Upon receiving your item in the mail, we will issue the store credit and you can let us know what item you would like in exchange. Shipping and postage fees will not be reimbursed and are the responsibility of the customer. Your merchandise will be shipped back to our studio in Ohio.


Due to the handmade nature of the product, after 60 days from the time you receive your item, Kukuli is not held responsible for repairs and damages.
